All You Need To Know About Mothers Day, and How You Can Help With Your Mother’s Extra Weight Issue
So, now it’s mothers day and you want to buy a special gift for her as a thank you for all the years she spent taking care of you and your needs. If your mom is overweight then i have some bad news to tell you…she is gonna suffer more and more overweight associated diseases as she grow older. Some of the things she might be complaining about to you may include: Knee pain, joint pain, leg pain and chest pain.
Being overweight and old can have a serious impact on health. Carrying extra fat leads to serious health consequences such as cardiovascular disease (mainly heart disease and stroke), type 2 diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders like osteoarthritis, and some cancers (endometrial, breast and colon).
These conditions cause premature death and substantial disability. What is not widely known is that the risk of health problems starts when someone is only very slightly overweight, and that the likelihood of problems increases as someone becomes more and more overweight. Many of these conditions cause long-term suffering for individuals and families. In addition, the costs for the health care system can be extremely high. The good news is that overweight and obesity are largely preventable.
The key to success is to achieve an energy balance between calories consumed on one hand, and calories used on the other hand. Using natural weight loss products, like phen375 can help with the weight loss in addition to following the free weight loss diet plan that comes with your purchase of phen375. The modern American holiday of Mother’s Day was first celebrated in 1908, when Anna Jarvis held a memorial for her mother in Grafton, West Virginia.
Her campaign to make “Mother’s Day” a recognized holiday in the United States began in 1905, the year her beloved mother, Ann Reeves Jarvis, died. Anna’s mission was to honor her own mother by continuing work she had started and to set aside a day to honor mothers, “the person who has done more for you than anyone in the world.” Anna’s mother, Ann Jarvis, was a peace activist who had cared for wounded soldiers on both sides of the Civil War and created Mother’s Day Work Clubs to address public health issues.
Due to the campaign efforts of Anna Jarvis, several states officially recognized Mother’s Day, the first in 1910 being West Virginia, Jarvis’ home state. In 1914 Woodrow Wilson signed the proclamation creating Mothers Day, the second Sunday in May, as a national holiday to honor mothers.
In a thank-you note to Wilson, Jarvis wrote of a “great Home Day of our country for sons and daughters to honor their mothers and fathers and homes in a way that will perpetuate family ties and give emphasis to true home life.” Jarvis became critical, however, of the commercialization of the day.
In addition to taking two phen375 tablets a day, you can ask your mom to limit energy intake from total fats and shift fat consumption away from saturated fats to unsaturated fats; increase consumption of fruit and vegetables, as well as legumes, whole grains and nuts; and limit their intake of sugars. And to increase calories used, people can boost their levels of physical activity – to at least 30 minutes of regular, moderate-intensity activity on most days. Another trendy gift you also might consider is a waterproof fitness tracker. Read more about it here.
So for this coming mothers day, please consider buying your mom something for her long term benefit rather than just buying her some cup cakes or flowers or a plant to put at her front door. Your mom deserves better for her mothers day from you.
